FLOWER OF THE WEEK!!!!

RANUNCULUS!!!!!

These flowers are so gorgeous it's hard to even put it into words!
Here's a little information on these RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING blooms:

The word ranunculus is Latin for "little frog" which came about because of the flower's growth habits -- preferring to blossom in exceptionally moist atmospheres. Ranunculus are native to Asia and are celebrated both for it's medicinal properties as well as it's beauty. They come in an assortment of different colors and styles. The heads of the ranuculus flower are considered an exceptional sight to see, as most species burst with lustrous petals that take on a thin, crepe-like appearance.

These photos are from the Ranunculus we found at the Boston Flower Market for our upcoming photoshoot.....we can't wait to share the photos of what they are going to look like in all of their glory! stay tuned!!!
